TAGS: What are they?
Tags are what make Sizebooru function like it does. When someone uploads a picture, tags are keywords that describe that picture. Later when you search for a certain picture, the search engine calls upon these tags to give you accurate results. So it pays to be as descriptive as possible when tagging.
However, there also needs to be a certain amount of uniformity when it comes to tagging. For instance, is it "boobs", "breasts", or "tits"? (It's breasts) If someone put all three in the tags, then it would be no problem. However, it would be a lot of work to include every single possible word for tagging. So, that is why it is necessary to form a list of uniform tags to be used on this site so tagging can be as easy as possible, and so you can find the picture you want with the least amount of hassle.

General guidelines for all submissions
When you're tagging a post, use the following guidelines:
Use underscores in place of spaces
For example, land of the giants becomes land_of_the_giants. This small concession makes other features much easier to implement.
Uppercase / Lowercase
All tags should be lowercase. If you put uppercase characters in tags, they will all periodically be converted to lowercase, so don’t even try! We do this to make things look uniform.
| Names | If known/applicable, include the full character or individual name(s) with underscores. e.g., klein_klan, princess_peach, jessica_alba, ant_man |
| Title | If known/applicable, include the full series or movie title(s) the character(s) come from, e.g. harry_potter, macross_frontier, dragonball |
| DO NOT USE | Do not use commas (,) or semi-colons (;) or any other punctuation of any kind when tagging. |
