right - it's a tentabulge, which is a headcanon unisex genitalia for the alien species of trolls from Homestuck. Different trolls have different blood colors, and the society is structured into classes based on the color, so it has quite a bit of significance. Also, when they're crying, their tears are the same color as their blood (more diluted, though).
