That and the fact in some Western versions of Final Fight replaced Poison and Roxy with a couple of generic punks. If you think of it, there are some weird stories in videogames...

... Never thought the Poison gender one would ever come up here - and didn't mark the male checkbox -, but it was fun. xD

Fun fact: She wasn't originally transgender. She was made that way for the US original release because the US didn't want to show females getting beaten on, for the most part. So her being transgender sort of stuck as a cult following and got incorporated into it.

Transgender though, not a man. There are boobs there.

Yup, but when adding the tags before approving this I thought myself "should I check the male box?" and then thought again "let's have some fun! >:3".
