I'm afraid I can't help you with that.

I just tested some things and I can upload thing just fine.
Uploading an image that's way to big I get the correct error (not the one you're getting).
Uploading an image while throttling my upload speed, is slow as fuck, but no error.

Try again later I guess, and let us know if you still have issues? (also let us know if it works again somehow)
