I don't really see what the fuss is all about...
This is a collage. The original picture was a sleeping girl who may not even be aware that she was being photographed. Then the tiny man was added, and I would bet that he is not the RL sibling of the girl. The text is MADE UP; I don't really support incest, but for me personally I just swap out "sister" with "girlfriend" or something to make the written story more acceptable
