"low" or "high" depend on each wiewer... For my part I would say this is a medium quality image, low would be really bad. Here we can see the Giantess and the city, even with a shadow behind. It's not perfect but it's far from ugly ! I disagree with the quality rule system. When I browse through the pictures, I find some that I like and some that I don't, and my judgment is not really related to quality, but to the idea and how the scene works. I'd say that quality flags are somehow a waste of time, but that's my opinion :)

Yup, I'm the author of everything I upload, low quality as well as better quality (I'm not an expert with photoshop, so sometimes the result is not as good as... let's say Buttman for example ;) ). Otherwise, if this is a re-post, I'll tag it properly :). THe source image can still be taken from another artist, and when a signature is on the image, I don't erase it so the author of the source is not "injured"...
