愛々しい It looks like that it was made with Retas PaintMan. However I miss the Diffuse filter in the postproduction for this picture. The style looks similar to ochiko terada. Okay there the same one here http://giantessbooru.com/post/view/17812?search=ochiko so it is ochiko.

The other Meltrandi is one of the two unnamed SMS Pixie Squadron members. Looks like she's eating Ranka Lee another singer from Macross Frontier I may be wrong though but it would make sense.
