well its kind of a iven that this giantess/goddess is also invincible. If the thanks outside can't even poke a hole in her skin, then a little knife inside her isn't going to do anything.

And if you went down the wrong airhole at the size of these people the giantess would just cough you up.

I think they are, they just aren't going deep enough to do serious damage. You can shoot at a bear with 22. The bullets wont stop it but that doesn't mean they aren't getting stuck somewhere inside of its skin. Im certain a knife would go deep enough for person to hold onto and be supported if angled right.
