Kinda similar artstyle and colouring, but Etz tends to be a bit more angular/sharp her lines. Eyes and hands are the most notable differences. This also looks similar to the sort of simple shading she uses for her coloured sketches at a glance.

After tracking down the source via google, this is what I got. Perhaps he had the image much earlier and he only recently (re?)uploaded it, a lot of people get banned on Deviantart for no good reason, so that by itself doesn't mean much

That guy claims that a friend of his on pixiv actually drew this and that he got his permission to post it on deviantart. For now, this is the best I've got, searching for a girl called Miyuki is the only clue I have, so I shall now attempt to search pixiv for 深雪, any other ideas would be greatly appreciated
