Regular users are not able to change tags or CHANGE source URLs (only add a NEW source URL if there isn't one yet).
It was possible before, but as of sometime last year (I think) only mods and admins can change tags.

As for the artist's name, he goes by BlueRune93 on DA, and by Rune93 on GiantessCity, which is the only source where I can find this version (5000×6500) of the image, so I'm keeping that as the source URL.

The only reason I even care that more filtering gets enabled is so that I can stop reading about people complaining about the same shit every day.
