I got this off of macrobooru. http://macrochan.us/booru/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=727 the other being http://macrochan.us/booru/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=726 .

I'm sure somewhere the others have to be translated, but reverse image searchs turned up nothing. The fact that the text overlays perfectly suggests either A. Editing magic or B. Mgear or someone else who had access to these before japanese text was put in translated it.
