Not to be a big dick, but the size is a bit off assuming the one getting eaten is normal sized. The person should be a good 1.4 million times smaller based off of her relative size to the cloud.

I just kind of took his sweating to be a result of her toned, athletic knee being firmly planted into his nether regions...
