@Mainthegap: When an image has uploaded successfully you should get a message saying the image has uploaded and is in the queue waiting for moderation. If the image fails to upload to the moderation queue you should also get a failure message. If one of your images has successfully made it to the moderation queue but is then rejected by one of the moderators there is currently no way for you to be informed of this and why. This is an issue that has come up a few times and I wouldn't be surprised if Katelyn is looking for some way to improve feedback to uploaders.
