Because they're physical and not many are printed. There are reasons that this may not be able to be reprinted. Largely because it was created in the 80s/90s it seems, and the original printing files may not be around anymore or may not be updated for newer mass printing technology.

Just like any comic. If they do get what it takes to reprint it, the original print will still be expensive because it's a rarity. There were only so many made. That's just how comics generally are and why there's a collecting aspect to it in the first place.

That's it all right, it and the previous issue at http://giantessbooru.com/post/view/188657 were both done by the people at AC comics, creators of FemForce.

After they realized they had a lot of giantess interest from a few of their characters, they went and did a couple of special books directly for that market where they didn't have to worry about continuity with the rest of their line. All 'Good Girl'/cheesecake art and stories, pretty light on the direct sex.
