It's not Pogojo's art, but it's definitely his concept. The two images (this one and the one previous) almost exactly re-enact a scene from his canceled "Shrink School" game. I still have the demo, and this takes place in the locker room, where a socked Akane tries to crush you. If she succeeds, this is basically what happens.

Pity the game is supposed to have been poorly done. If it was decent overall, these scenes alone would have made it fun to play.
