As far as I know, it was part of a trade. Karbo would draw something Kemo liked and Kemo would draw something Karbo liked.
Since Karbo loves vore and Kemo loves his girls to fuck trains and buses... you can imagine it. Anyway, this must be Kemo's part of the trade. Karbo's shouldn't be far...
