Thank you so much for the link to that story. Instant favorite. Reminds me of that other story where the super tall girl basically kidnap-fucks the really short guy. In Japanese, I just thought it was some cute story about a guy and girl. In English, it suddenly became one of the more creepy stories I've ever read.

The thing is that, as GTSFLAT points out, Little Mac is quite short - hence the 'Little' and how other characters in Punch Out tower him, even the skinny ones - and Samus is such a stature, maybe the Chozo DNA has something to do with that...

But the picture kind of exaggerates it, as Little Mac's official trailer for Smash Bros shows that there's quite a difference, but not THIS big.

Well, Mac is actually 4' 8'', which is 148 cm, while Samus is told to be 6' 3'', which is 193 cm, so we're not that far away here. And also notice the weight difference, where Mac is 107 lbs, so only 49 kg, and Samus has an unbelievable weight of 198 lbs, and so 90 kg.

I know this answer is a bit late but here goes. I personally like it quite much. I watched around 400+ episodes until I turned to manga, which is a bit further in the story than anime (duh!). I really like its humor and those moments when the main character busts his enemies, not just with brawn, but with brain also. Even though he's dumb like Goku. Also he's not almighty. He will encounter enemies way stronger than him.
About the giantess parts: There have been some giant women in the series but they come in the late episodes (around 300 I guess?). The giant mermaid is "Shirahoshi" if you want to "research" ;). There has also been few marine giantess but they don't show much and a island with amazon women. Some of them are bigger.

After the episode in anime which presented a sizeshifting giantess with Mini-Mini fruit, I am quite certain that Oda Eichiiro is among us in the giantess fandom. "Lily Enstomach" for research.

also it's not fair to say "most" people on our site are bad. I've read that sentiment already a few times on deviantart about us and it's upsetting. "Most" of us here I think are great. It's the loud obnoxious minority that gets heard the most tho, sadly. Plus if trolls are really using multiple accounts then there are less actual perpetrators than it seems.
