What I do usually do in cases like this is, is look more closely at details on both the images and the DA pages they're on.
In this case Meltlandi's upload on DA is the exact same resolution as the image here on GB, whereas UlielArt's upload on DA is smaller (and shifted up and to the left slightly).

I've added Meltlandi's URL as a source.


What makes it tricky sometimes and in this case aswell, is that the artist's page doesn't link to the higher res version, and the higher res version didn't bother linking to the artist's page.
Luckily the artist put their name on it atleast.
