It's not impossible to avoid stumbling across undesirable images to be fair. While it isn't exactly a flagging function, just entering a search term such as: '-incest' will remove all search results with the associated tag included.

It's not a perfect solution, no, but for the majority of images entering a dash before a unwanted search tag can help filter results.
This is probably old news to most users, but for those unaware but wishing they could avoid certain images, I would say using the dash&tag method to be the best way for simulating a personalised flagging system on results.

See if it's behaving now.

Remember though that the comments list does in fact take the flags into effect, so if you have low quality hidden, it won't show comments from low quality images.

@DudeMeistro: I personally apologize for Joe117's (now removed) comment. That kind of comment -especially from a moderator, new or not- is completely unacceptable at GB. The issue is being brought to his attention.

About the incest/tag discussion: I have no intention on adding any additional *flags* to the site, but I do think it would be cool to add a tag customization feature at some point. Higher priority upgrades are in line right now, but I Will keep it in mind. :)

True the legs aren't great but compared to the rest of her body, the collage is alright, however the image has additional redeeming qualities like the destruction clouds at her feet.
That and the lighting on her body helping her image blend with the background, it just about outweighs the slight bad aspect in this collage.
So yes, ignoring the slight leg issue personally I'd class this as a passable low quality image too.
