This is actually a commission for Lillian, done by FanArtFun - http://fanartfun.deviantart.com/art/COMMISSION-Struggle-for-Lillian-588588387. While the art is on her page, she isn't the original artist. FanArtFun has fantastic context for all art, and this is the context given for this piece:

Lillian grinned wiggling her toes in delight as she pressed her sole firmly against Raina's resistant struggling. Raina's wrists and ankles were tied together tightly in restraints as she writhed, pinned between Lillian's sole and a thick pane of glass. The ball of Lillian's meaty foot sank heavily into Raina's face while the rest of her sole kept her body pinned in place. Lillian could feel Raina's body desperately squirming to gain access to air once more as her tiny head attempted to press its way to freedom in any means possible. After a long hard period of struggle, Raina had just about forced her head up for a gasp of much needed air. Lillian giggled allowing Raina to reach the brink of taking a deep breath, only to clutch her tiny head within her toes just before she could satisfy her thirst for air. Raina's body began to go wild as her expectations were stollen away at the very moment she had worked so hard to get to. Lillian's simply held Raina's head in such a way that she was just out of airs reach, drowning in her thick sole. Raina had reached wits end, frantically tossing her body in any way she possibly could under the immense pressure of Lillian's sole.

" Ah ah ah.. Hold that breath longer, I know it's hard but the way you are moving right now feels incredible beneath my soles."

Lillian giggled slowly applying more and more pressure until she could feel her sole completely engulf Raina's body. Raina had no choice but to continue enduring the punishment, tossing and turning in her restraints to no end. Lillian simply watched in enjoyment, a wide grin across her face while she nonchalantly bobbed her toes to the sensation of Raina's struggles kneading deep into her sole.
