If the picture has been edited somehow from the original picture, the system will think it is a new image. It's impossible to know at all times what images are in the database that has 10's of thousands of pictures cataloged, so reposted pictures are bound to happen.
It's not really that big of a deal when it does happen, if the link to the other pic is found, and they're both deemed to be around the same quality, we'll delete the new image. If the new image just somehow trumps the old image in quality, then we'll delete the old image and keep the new image for the database. If we never find or take notice of the repost, I don't think it is going to do much to impact the functionality of this site at all.
The site is designed to keep 2 identically posted images from appearing in the database, so if 2 of the same images do appear, then something is in fact different about them which is usually easy to identify if viewed side-by-side.

For one thing, I find it ironic that your username is "Miss Pussy" and you are trying to criticize not just the use of these images of women "giving their body," namely their vaginas, in the collages, but that very act that the women do themselves. Kind of hypocritical, if only nominally, is it not? I would like to point out that nobody who does these collages actually has these models do what they do. I know of maybe one or two out there who actually have women pose for collages, and even then it's almost never a sexual scenario because the women are friends, typically.

I am also curious as to why it has taken you so long to come out and say this. You joined in December of 2011, and it has been several months since then. Surely this isn't the first image that could have riled you up? Why wait until now? It all seems very sporadic and uncalled for to me. If you don't like this stuff, why are you even here in the first place? Why have you stayed as long as you have? My advice: shut up and get out. As for the inside stomach shot, I love doing them but this was a commission so I couldn't really do it. They didn't ask for it, and it would have had to been put on a second page most likely which would have costed more for the commissioner.
