The wrist bone protrudes way too much. Plus, you gotta make the arm thinner up near the wrist. I made this quickly in photoshop so you can see what I mean, it'll make the arm look much better. http://oi60.tinypic.com/ixytzc.jpg (Yes, Tinypic, deal with it)

Hands and feet can be an artist's worst enemies, so they need lots of try and error to get right. I agree the elbow doesn't look as good as the rest of the picture, maybe that arm is a bit short, but overall is another fine piece of work.
