The source is still not of this exact pic, since Yang only posted the cover on his pixiv, while this pic is cover and back of the doujin, unless I was some how taken to the wrong pic, but never mind if anything I at least know you can reverse google search an image (I bet that made me sound behind in times and stupid)

This one seems to have the same style like メジロ has.

While trying to find this artist, I noticed that this name translates into "The Japanese white-eye" or "Mejiro". Small passerine bird in the white-eye family. (wikipedia)

If you want to change the artist name into english version or something...

I didn't post it for a couple reasons, one of them being the fact you ask for sources a lot.
If people keep answering those questions, you'll just keep asking them instead of looking things up yourself.

In this case however, Google seems to be derpy and no longer give results, whereas it did give a result earlier today.
