I think it's fine so long as the artist depicts them in a "grown-up" state like this, with developed sexual bodies. As opposed to showing them in a childlike underage state. At least that's been the general standard here at booru

Everyone please relax. I merely meant that if it's true these characters ARE underage, then we have to take the image down. In this case here, if they are drawn to be older, then it should be fine to leave it.

If you want to get technical, since this is from an anime and anime comes from japan, since the legal age of japan is 12 then this is not under age. As well in 87% of animes most characters never age pas 17.
