I think her shoes are dirty and ugly because her character is from a zombie apocalypse so their clothes aren't going to be nice.

The guy looks shopped because the shading is off. The outline of the guy is much brighter then the background where the area he is in clearly shows is completely shadowed.

It's not though. While they do all look like males, the titans are a race of genderless monstrosities, that prey on the human race, so if anything, it's more like a crow devouring bits and pieces of a dead human body, except make that crow human-looking, x100 bigger, and able to a human full body.

Digging a bit about this picture, I found it's one of the alternate covers for "Wonderland", a comic edited by Zenescope:
