It's a pokeball, mate :) Used to capture them pocket-monsters by somehow turning them into some sort of energy form and sealing them inside.
I'd actually wanna try out the whole pokeball thing.
Call it an unsatisfied curiosity, but I can recall wondering what it's like inside a poke'ball far longer than how it'd feel to go underfoot ^_^;
