Mother, sister, it doesn't really make a difference there now does it? Everyone has their own thing like Koto mentioned. Besides instead of looking at it from a 'blood' relative view, why not look at it from a step mom/sister pov instead? That's what I do and it helps tremendously. It's not uncommon for a guy to like his step-sister like that.
