The two tags have been added.
Thank you for your suggestion about the favorites search, this is actually in our backlog as a to do item and we will work on and roll out soon.
As a workaround, you can use the main search box with the following format to do this right now:
favorited:<user> tagname
So for example, I can search in my favorites for the tag yuegts using the following search string:
favorited:pete yuegts
