The thing about personal blacklists, is that once it's set up, it's done. It's futureproof, as it were. If we were to add a filter for gore, it would only be a matter of time before a particular image stirred up a discussion and there are requests for yet another type of filter. Katelyn posted on twitter that she was working on hiring a programmer, but I don't know if that is intended for her main website only or not.

Regular have not been able to edit tags for several months. Because someone was using a spambot system to mass change tags, only moderators and admins are allowed to change tags since then.

Took me a bit to figure out what was up with this image; the city is actaully a digital render. A very good one, at that. It had me fooled until I noticed the rooftops in the bottom part of the image were too plain and flat.

That's probably a mistake made when this image was uploaded, as the next image is http://giantessbooru.com/post/view/175764 which presumably is in Manarola. Updated tags and source on both images. (crlvr links to the DA page of the photographer of the model anyway)

I think that tag inconsistencies like that are partially caused by the fact that moderators add tags they think are appropriate, whereas another moderator would add a slightly different tag that they think is good. I've been tidying up some up inconsistencies by taking a number of tags that have the same meaning, check which is more frequently used, and change the tags on all the images that have the lesser used tag, to the most used tag. Earlier today I did "flip_flops". That was the most used tag out of the others, that were: - flip_flop - flip-flop - flip-flops - flipflop - flipflops - flip-flips (lolwut)
